How do I qualify? |

Have a combined minimum gross income of $1200.00 per month. |

| The monthly installment payment will be automatically debited from your checking or savings account. | |
| How do I send the down payment? | |
| You can submit your down payment using a personal check, cashiers check, or money order. You must include the shipping and handling for the total cost of your computer along with your down payment. | |
| Are these brand new systems or used and refurbished? | |
| MyNewComputer™ is just what the name implies: New. Everything is new. The hardware, software, and services. This is why it takes 10 business days to custom build your system: our systems are constructed from newly arrived parts. All defective items are returned to our suppliers. All upgrades are brand new. | |
| Can my new computer be upgraded? | |
| Absolutely! MyNewComputer™ processor, memory, hard drive, and others are fully upgradeable. And if you buy an upgrade from us, we will install it for free*. | |
| What is the warranty of MyNewComputer™? | |
| The best ever! Your monthly payment insures your internet access, website and email, maintenance upgrades, and onsite service as well as your warranty. These services and your warranty will even continue after 24 months (forever) if you continue to pay your monthly payment. | |
| What is the total cost of my new computer? | |
| The total cost of your new computer will vary per the type of computer you select. For example, for the $299.99 computer system, the total cost is only $1098.75 (299.99 down, 29.99 for 24 months, and 79.00 Shipping / Handling / Insurance) and for the $399.99 computer system, the total cost is only $1458.75 (399.99 down, 39.99 for 24 months, and 99.00 Shipping / Handling / Insurance). Finally, for the $499.99 laptop system, the total cost is only $2108.75 (499.99 down, 59.99 for 24 months, and 169.00 Shipping / Handling / Insurance). Remember, the total cost for each system includes 2 years of internet access, website and email, maintenance upgrades, and onsite service as well as your warranty. | |
| How long will take to receive my new computer? | |
| After you are approved, we will build your brand new complete computer system. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery and onsite installation. | |
| When will my first payment be due? | |
| Your first payment will be due 30 days from the day we delivery and install your new computer system. | |
| Will I be charged any interest and can I pay off my new computer early with no penalty? | |
| You will not be charged any interest and there is no penalty for early payment in full. | |
